Lab 5 – Algorithm Selection

For this lab we were tasked with designing and comparing two different approaches one might take to scale a digital sound wave represented as an array of numbers. The first, and most obvious method was to multiply the sound value by a scalar to increase the volume sequentially.

Lab Four

In this lab, we examined a simple hello world app at assembly level with the purpose of ascertaining what we can glean from the commands and commands flag made available for us to do so.

Lab Three

In this lab, I was tasked with examining a simple “hello world” C program by digging into the assembly code from the compiled file.

Lab Two

For this lab, I was tasked with Selecting two software packages from the Free Software Foundation’s GNU Project with different licenses; Build the software, and install any build dependencies if need be and then test that it works.
